1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be approved only under the following conditions:
- Products are defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect items shipped not matching confirmed order
- Verified manufacturing defects
- Logistics carrier confirms loss of shipment
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be accepted for:
- Customized OEM/ODM products after production begins
- Buyer’s incorrect specifications or design confirmation
- Minor cosmetic packaging damage
- Shipping delays caused by logistics or customs
- Change of mind after production or shipment
3. Refund Process
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving goods
- Provide order number, photos, and issue description
- Technical evaluation by our engineering team
- Approved cases processed according to agreement
4. Refund Method
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer (B2B orders)
- Credit note for future orders (optional)
